Privacy

What is stored about you

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, your name and message if you give them, and which of the two languages you wrote from.

This site has no accounts and no sign-in. Nothing else about you is kept.

Where it goes

The form is sent through Web3Forms, a form service that emails each sign-up to us.

What it is used for

To write to you once, when tocadi opens, and to answer you if you asked something. Nothing else.

Cookies

None. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts. The pages load nothing from anybody else. Only the form, when you send it, goes to Web3Forms.

How long it is kept

Until we have written to you that tocadi is open, or until you ask for it to be deleted, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see what is held, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to get a copy, or to object to it being held at all. Reply to any email from us, or send the form again with your request, and it is done, at no cost.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es.

What is never done

• Nothing is sold, rented or handed to an advertiser.
• Nobody is profiled, scored or decided about by a machine.
